​Ahh, the transition of seasons! It's been a rough winter, and I am so excited for Spring! Longer days, warmth, new growth...

This Spring, I am undertaking some big life changes that feel simultaneously scary and exhilarating. These changes will result in increased time and energy to focus on my business and on self-healing.
